Drive Change works with formerly incarcerated young people, creating quality employment pathways in the culinary industry. The programming teaches basic culinary arts, leadership development, mental health/healing, and advocacy to train the participants to enter full-time work in jobs ranging from line and prep cooks to customer service and management.
