Approach

Queensborough Community College (QCC) and the New York State Wireless Association are partnering to bridge the digital divide by providing training and full-time employment to successful completers of the Broadband Telecommunications Technician Training Program. Participants are developing the foundational knowledge and hands-on skills necessary to gain entry-level employment in the telecommunications industry. Successful completers of the training program will be able to install, maintain, and repair wired and wireless broadband networks.
