Approach

Henry Street Settlement (HSS) is building upon an existing program, partnering with a hard skills training organization (Stacks+Joules) to place low-income youth in jobs in the growing IT, HVAC/energy, and building automation fields. It is enhancing the skills training with job readiness, case management, job placement, and retention support that is typical of Henry Street’s workforce programs.
