Hot Bread Kitchen is leading young women, immigrants, and people of color through its Culinary Fundamentals job training program. This program teaches foundational culinary skills and professional readiness and then places youth into meaningful careers in the food industry. Employer partners offer jobs in corporate cafeterias, bakeries, and other large -scale food production spaces.
