Approach

NPower’s IT training and job placement program – Tech Fundamentals – is serving low-income young adults with skills training needed to advance tech career and wage growth. The Tech Fundamentals program is an IT skills training program in which students receive instructor-led technical training, wrap-around social support, professional development, industry certifications, job placement, and ongoing career support. Participants graduating from the program will secure entry-level IT jobs, in positions such as field technician, helpdesk level 1, business analyst, and quality assurance analyst.
