Approach

St. Nicks Alliance is expanding its existing skills training program, which customizes occupational training programs in response to employer demand, to a new field: building maintenance. The program, Building Careers in Building Maintenance, will provide a multi-week credentialed skills training program in partnership with two technical training providers – CUNY City Tech and NY Safety & Training – to youth interested in a physical, hands-on job.
