The Door

The Door is expanding its Culinary Arts Training Program (CATP), a workforce program designed to provide youth with the experience needed to attain meaningful employment in the food service industry. CATP provides classroom-based instruction on transferable work readiness skills and in- kitchen training to learn key techniques required for careers in food service. We helped the Door pilot a now successful workforce program with the Gap, which was one of the inspirations for this initiative.
