Wildcat is partnering with Apex Clean Energy Institute and Brooklyn SolarWorks to recruit, train, and find employment for underemployed and unemployed Black and Latino residents in Brooklyn. SolarWorks is Brooklyn’s leading residential solar system design and installation provider, uniquely positioned to provide training, jobs and earnings opportunity for the young adults in the program. Wildcat is also providing additional wrap-around services like mentoring to its students.
