EdTrust–New York released a new analysis showing that many New York students, particularly those from low-income backgrounds, are not completing college. The findings draw on the To & Through interactive tool, developed with support from the Heckscher Foundation for Children, which provides transparent data on how well the State’s public high schools are preparing students to enroll in and graduate from college.
